What materials can you cut?
We cut steel, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, brass, plastics, composites and rubber, in a wide range of thicknesses.
Should my part be water-jet or laser cut?
Water-jet cutting is a cold process with no heat-affected zone, so it suits heat-sensitive materials, thick stock and complex shapes. Our fiber laser gives clean, smooth edges on stainless steel, aluminum, brass and mild steel and is ideal for intricate designs and quick turnaround. Send us the part and we will recommend the best method.
What waterjet do you use?
We cut on a Flow Mach 500 waterjet, which operates at pressures above 60,000 PSI.
What do you need to quote a cutting job?
A drawing or DXF file, the material, thickness and quantity. Email files to us after sending your quote request, or call to talk it through.
